Together • Retreats

Time enough to go all the way down.

Immersive • Several days • By application

A retreat removes the thing that limits a single session: time. Over several days, patterns have room to surface, be understood, and settle — without you returning to ordinary life halfway through.

Applying does not commit you. The interview call exists so both of you can decide honestly.

By scheduling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to SAVE's Booking & Client Policies.

Who It's For

This may be your starting point if…

You have done some of this work and know there is more underneath.

Single sessions feel like they end just as something opens.

You can step out of ordinary life for several days.

You want depth held carefully, not intensity for its own sake.

What Happens

The shape of the session.

Nothing is forced and nothing is rushed. You stay aware and in choice throughout.
01

Application

You share what brings you and what you're hoping for. This is a conversation starter, not a form to pass.

02

Interview call

A direct conversation with Norma about the retreat, your history with this work, and what support you may need.

03

A shared decision about fit

Both of you decide. A retreat is not right for everyone at every moment, and saying 'not now' is a legitimate outcome.

04

Approval and registration

Once fit is agreed, you receive approval and complete registration, along with preparation guidance for the days ahead.

“Days instead of hours changed what was possible. Nothing had to be left half-open.”

An Invitation

If something in you has been waiting to be understood, you can begin there.

Reach out for a short, unhurried conversation. Nothing is decided in it — it simply gives you a sense of the work and whether it feels right for you.
