Privacy & Consent
How SAVE approaches your information, privacy, choices, and consent.
Your Privacy Matters
Your information is personal.
SAVE respects the personal nature of the information you may share when exploring or participating in our services.
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information within our control and aim to collect only the information reasonably needed to communicate with you, schedule and provide services, process payments, and support your experience with SAVE.
No internet-based platform, electronic communication method, or data-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely private or secure. This policy explains how SAVE approaches your information and the third-party technologies used to operate our services.
Information We May Collect
Depending on how you interact with SAVE, we may collect information such as:
- Your name and contact information
- Scheduling and appointment information
- Information you choose to provide through booking or intake forms
- Information relevant to the concern or goal you would like to work on
- Communications you send to SAVE
- Payment and transaction information
- Information you voluntarily share while participating in SAVE services
We encourage you to provide only the information reasonably necessary when using online scheduling, website forms, email, or other third-party communication platforms.
You do not need to provide detailed medical, mental health, trauma, or other highly sensitive personal histories through a scheduling or contact form. Relevant information can be discussed during your session when appropriate.
How Your Information May Be Used
Information you provide may be used to:
- Communicate with you
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Prepare for and provide SAVE services
- Process payments and administer purchases
- Respond to questions or requests
- Maintain appropriate business and service records
- Meet applicable legal or administrative obligations
SAVE does not sell your personal information or intentionally disclose it to third parties for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
SAVE uses third-party technology providers to operate different parts of the business. These may include services used for scheduling, payment processing, online communication, video sessions, website operation, forms, email, and other administrative functions.
When you use these services, certain information may be collected, processed, transmitted, or stored by those providers in accordance with their own privacy practices and policies.
SAVE uses established third-party service providers to support business operations but does not control their independent privacy, security, data-retention, or technology practices.
You are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party platform you use when interacting with SAVE if you would like additional information about how that provider handles data.
Payment Information
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
SAVE does not need to receive or retain your complete payment-card information when payment is processed directly through an independent payment provider.
Payment providers may collect and process information necessary to complete transactions, prevent fraud, maintain records, and meet their own legal or operational requirements in accordance with their privacy policies.
Online Sessions & Electronic Communication
Online sessions and electronic communication involve technologies outside SAVE's complete control.
SAVE takes reasonable precautions when using online communication and video platforms, but no electronic communication system can be guaranteed to be completely private or secure.
For online sessions, you are encouraged to participate from a private location and use a device and internet connection you consider appropriate for personal conversations.
If privacy is a concern, please ask questions before participating in an online session.
Client Information & Records
Information shared directly with SAVE is treated with care and used only as reasonably necessary for providing services, maintaining appropriate records, administering the client relationship, or meeting applicable legal obligations.
Access to client information maintained directly by SAVE is limited to authorized access for legitimate business or service purposes.
SAVE takes reasonable precautions to protect information within its control from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Confidentiality & Its Limits
SAVE respects the privacy of information shared during sessions.
SAVE does not intentionally disclose personal session information to others without your permission, except when disclosure is required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect SAVE's legal rights or respond to lawful legal process.
Because SAVE provides non-clinical services and is not a licensed medical or mental health practice, the confidentiality rules that apply to licensed healthcare providers or psychotherapists may not apply to SAVE in the same way.
If coordination with another professional or provider would be helpful, information will not ordinarily be shared for that purpose without your permission.
Your Participation & Choice
Participation in SAVE services is voluntary.
Depending on the service, experiential approaches may include hypnotherapy, shadow work, parts work, inner-child work, somatic awareness, guided reflection, or other personal growth practices.
Not every approach is used with every person or during every session.
You remain involved in the process and are free to ask questions, communicate what you are experiencing, decline an exercise or approach, request a pause, or discontinue participation.
Professional Scope
SAVE provides non-clinical hypnotherapy, personal growth, educational, and experiential services.
Norma Cohn is not a licensed medical or mental health provider. SAVE does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions, and its services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or emergency care.
If what you are seeking support for appears to fall outside SAVE's professional scope or would be more appropriately supported by a licensed or specialized provider, you may be encouraged to seek appropriate professional care.
Consent to Participate
Before participating in SAVE services, you are encouraged to ask any questions you may have about the service, process, privacy practices, or professional scope.
By choosing to participate in SAVE services, you acknowledge the non-clinical nature and professional scope of the services being offered and voluntarily consent to participate.
Additional acknowledgments, consent forms, releases, or service-specific terms may be requested when appropriate for a particular service or experience.
Your Privacy Choices
If you have questions about information you have provided to SAVE, would like to correct information, or have a privacy-related request, please contact SAVE.
Some information may need to be retained for legitimate business, transaction, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes even after services have ended.
